Policies and incentives are in place that could get us there. It’s far from a slam dunk.

First, the industry is approaching the ethanol-to-gasoline blend wall of 10% ethanol, 90% gasoline in standard gas engines. He believes these plants, which are powered by natural gas and rely on ethanol for 85% of their revenue, are too inefficient and limited and only make sense during boom times.
