There are already spaces in New York City and Los Angeles, and there are now two in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I’m located. Of course, the EPA “green” scores are 10 for both Smog and Greenhouse Gas. For more affordable EVs, the Volvo brand has big plans to expand its lineup, and already offers the XC40 Recharge crossover.

Aside from a box lunch, a couple of bottles of water and two absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies, GCC received no compensation, expense reimbursement or branded merchandise from GM to attend the event. GM says it is committed to establishing a harmonized national program to improve fuel economy and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
