Qualcomm, partners launching new CV2X pilot in Honolulu

Proton OnSite has been awarded a purchase order from HydraFLX Systems Ltd to install a hydrogen generator at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) facility outside Honolulu, Hawaii.
