Should I, as the owner of an , Outlander PHEV, , Nissan LEAF , BMW i3, , Hyundai Kona or , Ioniq, or any of the , other multitude of EVs on the road, be allowed to plug in to publicly accessible Tesla HPWCs? Not surprisingly, we couldn't find anything legal-ish online that sets out the ground rules for this kind of thing.
