I managed to grab a 2010 International Estar in 2021, and recently a 2012 Tesla Model S for the battery and LDU. 2010 International Estar Tesla Conversion (Re-conversion?) My college has a senior project for engineers in order to graduate, and I hope to get this van at least moving in the 2 years I have.

Hello all, I am beginning to plan out my EV conversion. First, I have a full pack of Nissan Leaf batteries. I have a 1968 FIAT 850. Rear engine car. Weighs maybe 1300lbs. Hello, I have a 96V battery pack and a Curtis 1238e controller to play with. The Hyper9-type motors that you often find in EV conversion kits are good of course, but expensive compared to a used Nissan Leaf motor for example – which also comes with a diff, all ready to connect to the drive shaft.
