Nissan announced that it plans to launch three new electric vehicles and five e-POWER models in Japan by the end of fiscal 2022 (31 March 2023). e-POWER technology features a small gasoline engine that charges a high-output battery, eliminating the need for an external charging source. 100,000 LEAFs sold in Japan.
