Anheuser-Busch transitioning 30% of dedicated fleet to renewable natural gas

In 2014 and 2015, Anheuser-Busch converted 160 diesel-fueled trucks in Houston and St. Louis to fleets powered by Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) engines. Anheuser-Busch is transitioning more than 180 trucks—representing approximately 30% of its dedicated fleet—to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG).

UPS enters into RNG supply agreements with Kinetrex and TruStar; up to 80M gallon equivalents

The RNG will be used to fuel UPS’s LNG-powered trucks in Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, St. Louis and Toledo. When completed in March 2020, it will convert landfill methane to pipeline-quality natural gas. The RNG will be used to fuel UPS’ CNG-powered trucks in both Visalia and Moreno Valley, Calif.
