Considered by many to be the ultimate eco-car, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation finally unveiled the production version of the i-MiEV as part of World Environment Day in Tokyo. It includes a 1,100kg rear-wheel drive that makes maximum use of the long wheelbase and has a 99mile cruising range making it adequate for everyday use.
