A question about bidirectional charging was also asked. Elon Musk noted that bidirectional charging is not that useful since Powerwall is better. Drew Baglino noted that there’s no large-scale cathode refining facility in the US for now, so Tesla had to build one. He estimates 10 models or so should be enough.
