According to the official VFACTS figures, there were 3330 examples of the battery electric SUV sold in Australia last month. It isn’t the most gobsmackingly impressive electric vehicle I drove in 2023 and in some ways it’s very irritating, but add it all up and the MG4 take my vote as the best EV rolled out in Australia last year. The Audi was stupidly, insanely fast in a straight line and handled like it was magnetically attached to the road. MG4 Excite 51.

UQM powers test-fleet vehicles by Audi in Germany, Rolls-Royce and the London Taxi Company in the UK, and previously, Saab vehicles in Sweden.

When it arrives the Bao 3 will be priced from around 200,000 Chinese Yuan which equates to around $43,000 in our money.
