Nissan Motor will invest $600 million in Argentina and will become an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with the domestic production there of an all-new NP300 Frontier pick-up. With this step, Argentina joins a network of global production sites for the NP300 Frontier that includes plants in Thailand, Mexico and soon Spain.

The IBM board of directors elected Mark Fields, president and chief executive officer, Ford Motor Company, to the board effective 1 March 1, 2016. Prior to these positions, he was executive vice president, Ford Motor Company, and president of Ford’s Americas division. We are pleased that Mark will be joining the IBM board of directors.
