Demonstrate three grid-connected advanced offshore wind concepts by 2017. ?. Reduce the cost of plug-in vehicle battery technology to $300/kWh by 2015 and $125/kWh by 2022.

(In In this paper PHEV refers solely to the long-range PHEV of 60 miles (100 km) electric-only range.) It is much more than that.
