A 64 kWh lithium-polymer battery pack affords the driving range of up to 385 kilometers; plugged into a 100 kW fast charger, it takes 54 minutes to recharge the Niro EV’s battery to 80%. A lamp is integrated into the top of the dashboard, with a light displaying whether the battery pack is recharging or fully charged when plugged in.

Under the quick recharging cycle (50 kW) the Naimo’s battery can be recharged to 80% of its capacity within 25 minutes.

Now, power consumption is usually measured in kilowatt hours and this would be the number of kilowatts (a kilowatt is 1000 watts) consumed by a device, in the case of EV charging that would be the amount of power going into the batteries, in a one hour period. I like to use the example of someone driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
