After Europe, the international version of the EQB, produced in Kecskemét, Hungary, will be launched at the end of the year, followed by the US market launch in 2022. Following the EQA 250 (combined electrical consumption: 15.7 kWh/100 km) it is the second fully electric compact car from Mercedes-EQ. kWh/100 km, range 419 km (260 miles).

With an investment of one billion euros, we are building in Hungary the first ‘Full-Flex Plant’ in the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars. Modern logistics concepts are also integrated.

BYD is launching three new battery-electric passenger vehicles in Europe at the Paris Motor Show, including the BYD ATTO 3, a C-segment SUV designed with the European customer in mind; the BYD TANG, a 7-seater with variable all-wheel drive; and the sporty sedan BYD HAN. In Europe, BYD is dedicated to making mobility solutions emission-free.

NIO also confirmed that pre-orders for its EL7, a mid-large smart electric SUV, and the ET5, its mid-size smart electric sedan, are open now, with deliveries set to start in January and March 2023, respectively. In September, the first Power Swap Station manufactured in NIO Power Europe Plant located in Hungary rolled off the production line.
