People might be bored reading about the Prius but a review on four Priuses (2004, 2005, two 2006s) that my family owns that ran a total of 913k km (570k miles) should be interesting, right? We need to go back to November 2017, to the start of the ‘Prius Revolution’ in the family. This criteria only left the Prius in play.

A US-wide county-level study comparing lifecycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from several light-duty passenger gasoline and plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) has found that PEVs can have larger or smaller carbon footprints than gasoline vehicles depending on regional factors and the specific vehicle models being compared.

Like many issues and discussion topics today, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) have become a divisive concept within the electric vehicle industry. Not enough range: Many plug-in hybrids have minimal electric range of around 20 or less miles. Black and white. Good versus bad. There seem to be a few people in the middle.
