The focus of the ZEV regulation should be shifted to address GHG emission reductions as well as criteria pollutants emission reductions. No regulatory changes will be made at this time. The Board called for a redesign of the ZEV regulation to help meet the goals outlined in the Governor’s Executive Order and in AB 32.
