Hyundai announced a sustained product blitz of 12 new and enhanced SUVs continuing through the 2021 calendar year. The fresh pipeline of new SUV products will include new and refined internal combustion, hybrid, plug-in, BEV and N performance models. As an introduction to this blitz, Hyundai unveiled the 2022 Tucson SUV.

The upcoming Ferrari sportscar may use a downsized turbocharged V6 engine paired with a plug-in hybrid technology. Ferrari reportedly aims to produce three iterations of the upcoming model, which will consist of 599 coupes and 199 convertibles. The third model could be a new Icona, a derivative of the Purosangue SUV.

A recent preliminary road test of the Raser Hummer H3E, an H3 converted with a range-extended electric powertrain ( earlier post ), demonstrated more than 50 miles of all-electric range. The main difference is that our electric powertrain can be used in larger vehicles, such as SUVs and trucks.
