They provided an upgrade kit with lock washers and loctite to remedy the problem. Based on a suggestion from another 914 AC customer, I purchased some long 8mm bolts to lower the transmission end about 8 inches and still keep it stable. Here are the pieces for the upgrade kit above one of the motor bolts.

Here are two of the PowerPosts that I purchased yesterday from West Marine. Since I purchased the 2/0 welding cable in a 20-foot length and a 25-foot length, I have to be careful to make sure I use them efficiently for all the necessary long cables in the instructions. Fortunately, I used Noalox on all subsequent crimp connections.

The instructions for the AC kit tell you to slide the motor speed control box through the two-inch hole that was cut in the wall between the engine compartment and the rear luggage compartment. Electro Auto forgot to include the post terminals for the most-positive and most-negative connections in the kit.

The wife was with the baby and my neightbor was on vacation so I decided to purchase a brake bleeding kit. Replace the valve and attach the bleeding kit to the end of valve. If the vacuum doesn't want to build up or won't hold check your connections, find the leak and fix it before continuing.

My ramblings on the 2022 EV scene I have an electric cycle, which is an eAdicct conversion kit added to a Schnell 26 inch cycle. It was such an ice breaker and conversation starter. Then he connected his phone to the scooter via bluetooth and ran a command. My charge point connected to my meter. Loved it to bits.

Here is the 9-in-1 wire for the AC kit pulled through the grommet between the passenger compartment and the fuel compartment. The yellow and brown wire need to come out of the flexwrap so that we can connect them to circuits in the front luggage compartment. The instructions call for a "Y" connector which ElectroAuto didn't supply.

The conversion can double or even triple fuel economy, thereby severely limiting carbon dioxide emissions. The conversion is simple. Guzyk then connects the battery to the car’s computer system and instructs it to use the lead-acid batteries only when driving below 34 mph.

Even before I could get into the walkway which connects the bus stations, I found a bus going to Hosur via Electronic City. Dinkar’s previous company had been providing a lot of consulting in the EV space, so he already has a good connect with component manufacturers. The ticket was a reasonable Rs. It’s a Zen feeling.
