On the way there, I made a pit stop at a gas station to buy a bottle of champagne as a gift, hoping to start out a conversation with a stranger on the right foot. It was time to buy our first car.

We don’t know if the Ioniq 6 will introduce remote connectivity – allowing activating climate control or checking the charge status from your phone – as found in Teslas, for example. They’re a big improvement on the Ioniq 5’s slightly cheap looking and feeling doors. Generous, to say the least.
