With synthetic diesel fuels of the EN15940 standard, CO 2 emissions can be reduced by up to 100% compared to fossil diesel. Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO or renewable diesel), which is already commercially available today, reduces CO 2 emissions by up to 90%.
