It would make sense for the cars to be able to charge themselves without needing a person to plug them in if they were capable of driving alone. All being said, in my personal opinion setting up a wireless charging station at home is not that great of an idea as it is very expensive. Why Should We Endorse Wireless Charging?

The government of India has introduced the Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of (Hybrid &) Electric Vehicles FAME India Scheme under which the incentive program is offered to various vehicle segments even to the ride-hailing fleets. For Bangalore, it was approved in 2017 and will operate and valid till 2023. FAME India Scheme.
