Rheinmetall logs €250M order for electric vacuum pumps for PHEVs

Rheinmetall Automotive AG, part of technology group Rheinmetall AG, has received a major order from an international OEM for electrical vacuum pumps. The electrical vacuum pump has been developed by Pierburg in Germany, where production started in 2017 for another order of the same customer. EVP production in Shanghai.
