Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD has been awarded a substantial eBus order from public transport operator, Transdev AB, in Sweden. The order for 52 BYD electric buses is the largest order that Transdev has placed with BYD for electric buses since 2015 when it first introduced the BYD brand to its fleet.

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS)—the rebirthed Saab—and Dongfeng Motor Corporation (Dongfeng) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to achieve global industrial synergies. Dongfeng Motor Corporation (DFM) is the third biggest Chinese state-owned automobile manufacturer headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei Province.

National Electric Vehicle Sweden (Nevs) has signed a framework agreement on taking a 50% stake in Chinese transport vehicle manufacturing company New Long Ma ( NLM ). NLM is part of the Fujian Motors Group, owned by the Fujian provincial government.
