In the coming decade, battery prices will go down, whereas the cost of petrol will keep going up. In 2026, you will be able to buy an electric car with 500 km range at decent prices. By 2030, you can expect battery packs to last 2 million km. I won’t be surprised if they top even that number given how battery tech is advancing.

Apart from the price, the only other drawback fo the car is its suspension. At that price point, one would have expected some creature comforts - but like the Tigor most of the money is spent on giving the car that solid LFP pack. The price point is such that the cab operator would have to be charge at least Rs. 6 lakh per year.
