The prototype vehicle, called Project PUMA (Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility), is designed to ease congestion and pollution problems in cities. These PUMAs dont pollute the air, they dont make loud noises, and they go slow enough to prevent a lot of traffic accidents, especially for teens. Keep them off the damn sidewalks.

When most of America will be reluctant to buy a GM car because the company might go bankrupt how the hell did those in charge think bailing them out was a good idea? I like the idea that I can take to the Hwy I can do better than 330 miles on a 10 gallon tank.
