Minus two when people realize that if theyre going to get stuck in traffic, they might as well do so in the climate controlled comfort of a car. The PUMA looks like it might sell well in university and corporate campuses and those large empty subdivisions in SoCal and Vegas. Cyclists will complain and moterists will complain.
