California’s Environmental Justice Advisory Committee ( EJAC ) is launching a series of statewide meetings to provide residents with the opportunity to meet with local advocates and state officials to share concerns and to provide input on addressing air pollution and how to help California meet its 2030 greenhouse gas reduction targets.

As related to Teslarati , the DMV examiner reportedly informed the Tesla owner that he failed because the “technology in the car was not off.” The Model 3 owner ultimately opted to try his hand at another test in the LA DMV, especially since Teslas are extremely common in Los Angeles.

The Scoping Plan describes the comprehensive range of efforts California must take to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020 and meet the state’s long-term goals to combat climate change. AB 32 requires the Scoping Plan to be updated every five years. Recommended transportation actions beyond 2020.
