If a go-cart cant legally drive there, then this thing wont be able to either. Cyclists will complain and moterists will complain.

But its monumentally less pollution , even on the national (half-coal) grid. And its easier to clean central power plants than millions of vehicles. Better yet, make a tax-deductible contribution.
