A thinking person should ask, “How did the Leaf owner travel the unaccounted miles, the ones that were not e-miles?” It can do this with little disruption to the way homes and industry purchase and use energy today. We can set a goal to have every new vehicle purchased be a PHEV. But the real story is yet to be told.
