Amminex is introducing BlueFit: a hardware retrofit solution aimed at lowering NO x emissions on older diesel cars to meet and surpass the latest Euro 6 standard. The ASDS is installed in the spare wheel well and the SCR catalyst is fitted to the exhaust pipe under the car. liter engine (Euro 5) was retrofitted with BlueFit.

Amminex has developed an Ammonia Storage and Delivery System (ASDS) which has demonstrated its efficiency to almost completely eliminate nitrogen oxide (NO x ) pollutants from diesel engines. Conventional dosing technology is based on spraying an aqueous urea solution (diesel exhaust fluid, DEF) into the exhaust stream.

Scania is introducing two Euro 6-certified, 13-liter truck engines that can run on any diesel blend, right up to 100% biodiesel (EN 14214).
