Audi is strengthening its development capabilities in China with a significant broadening of its R&D scope in the region and an expansion of its local Audi China R&D team. The new Audi China Building supports Audi’s efforts to establish additional research and production capacities in the country.

From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with a specially developed power unit. The project will be based at Audi Sport’s facility in Neuburg near Ingolstadt. Showcar with Audi F1 launch livery. The vehicle shown is a concept vehicle that is not available as a production model.

Audi has revealed a striking new electric convertible concept. Called the skysphere, it’s the first of a new family of concepts which will demonstrate Audi’s future design direction. Perceived and designed at Audi Design Studio in Malibu, USA, it will make its debut at Pebble Beach this month.

Audi introduced its flagship electric SUV e-tron in 2018. Audi SQ8 Sportback e-tron quattro, Audi Q8 e-tron quattro. With their two motors, the Audi Q8 55 e-tron and Audi Q8 Sportback 55 e-tron generate 300 kW in boost mode and 664 N·m of torque. There are also 62 liters available in the frunk.

Genesis teased a new concept electric car. Genesis a luxury car manufacturer has teased its upcoming electric coupe concept car ahead of its debut. In the teaser video, we can see the design of the car and it did mention introducing the Genesis X Concept and is believed to be an Essentia electric coupe. . Concept vehicle shown.

Audi says its Q4 e-tron compact crossover will enter the luxury EV marketplace in early 2021. It’s the second pure electric vehicle release for the Bavarian automaker, following the Audi e-tron SUV. That range may be adjusted by EPA testing here in the USA. A third e-tron, the GT sedan, will be coming soon. EVs to come.
