Electrolyzers will use wind power to produce green hydrogen.

BAE Systems will develop a new hydrogen fuel cell bus for a Southern California regional transit agency under a project to demonstrate the commercial feasibility of fuel cell technology. If there was ever a car on the road fitting the bill as future, it is the 2024 Toyota Mirai Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV). This is impressive as there are only 55 operating hydrogen fuel stations in the state and the availability of hydrogen is sometimes spotty. No plugging in to an electrical outlet.
