The 82 kilowatt-hour (kWh) nickel-manganese-cobalt battery can be charged 10-80% in 28 minutes using a 205 kW DC Fast charger. This combination resulted in strong recharging and a fun way to drive with limited touching of the brake pedal. The all-electric range (AER) is now up to 320 miles, a 20% range increase over the 2023 model.

That meant looking for a decent public DC charging station in a nearby town. As expected, I found many charging stations tended to be a few miles from exits and quickly learned that the Electrify America ones were by far the fastest as they offer DC charging up to 350 kW. I was right, it only boosted the battery level from 31% to 51%.

Peugeot is confident the zero emissions capability of the e-Partner will appeal to both sole traders and company fleet operators. The DC fast charge rate for the e-Partner is 101kW, which isn’t that fast. The Partner does get four stars (out of a possible five) against superseded 2018 protocols, but that specifically excludes the EV.
