California greenhouse gas inventory shows state is tracking to achieve 2020 AB 32 target

The California Air Resources Board released the latest edition of the state’s Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory , which shows that emissions fell by 1.5 Bar chart of 2000 to 2013 GHG emissions by category as defined in the Scoping Plan.
