Clean Energy Fuels Corp delivered 143 million gallons of Redeem Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) last year as robust sales of the carbon-neutral transportation fuel continued in 2019, closing out the year with significant deals throughout North America. In 2019 Clean Energy provided an estimated 16 million gallons of Redeem to UPS.

The projects include those addressing biofuels, natural gas, and technology for hybrid and electric plug-in vehicles. —$750,000—to purchase 29 compressed natural gas ( CNG ) and electric/plug-in vehicles , and to install 10 public electric vehicle charging stations—the first of their kind in Pennsylvania.

BP Wind Energy, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Rolling Thunder I Power Partners LLC, has signed a purchase agreement to install a high-storage battery at its Titan 1 Wind Farm in South Dakota. BP is a global producer of oil and gas with operations in 70 countries.

PECO is expanding its fleet with new natural gas and hybrid electric models. The utility is participating in a national consortium that recently was awarded a federal stimulus grant to purchase plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), and the company is buying more trucks to run on compressed natural gas (CNG) as well.
