The mayor of London, Boris Johnson is planning to help create Britain’s first hydrogen highway to promote the use of fuel cell vehicles, according to The Times. He wants to make Britain a leader in fuel-cell technology and is planning a network of hydrogen filling stations throughout London.

Protean Electric outfitted the front-wheel-drive Vivaro with a through-the-road hybrid conversion kit of two Protean Electric PD-18 motors attached to the rear axle.
