Earlier this month, researchers from MIT said they had developed a process that within three years could lead to electric car batteries able to recharge in as little as five minutes. My Honda Civic averages 34+ MPG over a year period. The thing that bothers me the most about Tesla is not the range or cost of driving an EV.
