Nestlé Waters North America has installed 32 Plug Power GenDrive hydrogen fuel cells, purchased in 2008, in its materials-handling fleet at their Dallas, Texas bottling facility. Nestlé Waters also signed a long-term agreement with Air Products to supply hydrogen and hydrogen fueling station technology for the Dallas facility.

Dallas-based BAF Technologies has begun converting 600 AT&T Ford E-Series vans to dedicated CNG technology in 2009. The converted vehicles will utilize the BAF CalComp System, a proprietary CNG fuel system certified by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (ARB).
