The BMW iX5 Hydrogen developed on the basis of the current BMW X5 was first unveiled as a concept at the IAA show in 2019. The pressure plate forms a gas-tight and water-tight seal around the stack housing. Initial prototypes were then made available at the IAA Mobility 2021 for visitors to experience in action as shuttle vehicles.

Mercedes-AMG laid out its new electrified drive strategy , which is based on two pillars: Performance hybrids with a completely independent drive concept under the technology label E PERFORMANCE. When developing our new E PERFORMANCE hybrid strategy, it was therefore immediately clear that we would pursue an independent concept for AMG.

The brake energy recovery system converts the vehicle’s kinetic energy into stored energy by compressing nitrogen gas in a storage device called an accumulator. This stored energy is then released during acceleration to reduce the energy required from the engine to propel the vehicle. CNG concept.

At the ceremonial launching of Germany’s “National Electric Mobility Platform” (NEMP) in Berlin, Volkswagen presented the Golf blue-e-motion electric vehicle concept to German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel. The Golf blue-e-motion concept is powered by an 85 kW, 270 N·m (199 lb-ft) electric motor integrated in the engine compartment in front.

FEV performed the full vehicle integration of the concept. Pcific Gas & Electric will buy two this year ( earlier post ), and West said that they have some 12,000 soft orders from utilities for a truck version of the H3 ReEV drivetrain (e.g., Acceleration from 0-60 mph takes less than 9 seconds.
