Changes to the Expensive Car Supplement (ECS). A lot has changed since the last conference in 2023. Two years ago, there were calls for clarity around the 2030 petrol and diesel new-car ban. Between the two conferences, the ban changed to 2035, then back to 2030. This is more expensive than petrol.
