I heard that you can change zones 3 times and then you have to purchase another car. I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Line breaks and paragraphs are automatically converted — no need to use or tags. The "normal plug" idea doesnt neccessarily work dude.

It can do this with little disruption to the way homes and industry purchase and use energy today. We can set a goal to have every new vehicle purchased be a PHEV. It is only a matter of economics motivated by incentives or taxes. There are trucks and buses being converted commercially today. 18 ] [link].
