One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? Notice in [link] that GM carefully avoids claiming to reduce CO2 by shifting to the grid, but leads people off the track by focusing on smog related issues. The EV1 needs to be built with LI batteries and a REAL Assembly Line.
