Teijin Limited is introducing Lielsort separators for lithium-ion secondary batteries (LIBs) featuring the world’s first coating made of a fluorine-based compound. The highly heat-resistant separator coated with Teijinconex meta-aramid fibers maintains its shape even at 250°C.
