California’s HVIP accelerates the adoption of zero tailpipe emission commercial vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis that does not require the retirement and scrappage of an existing diesel vehicle. UK AA president says millions of second cars could be electric

Scrappage scheme could be popular than expected

Deloitte study concludes mass adoption of EVs in Europe is some distance away
