Neste Oil’s premium-quality Neste Pro Diesel—which contains a minimum of 15% of NEXBTL renewable diesel—is now available in Lithuania. Up until now, Neste Pro Diesel was only available in Finland. It will be distributed through the company’s local retail network and its 51 stations.

The fuel is currently available at more than 100 stations throughout the Netherlands and more than 500 locations worldwide. Besides Belgium, Neste MY Renewable Diesel is available for customers in the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the United States in California and Oregon.

The three countries that do not apply CO2-based taxation are Estonia, Lithuania and Poland. The Tax Guide also shows that stimuli for electrically-chargeable cars are available in 24 out of the 27 EU states now. Several countries still tax cars on their power, price, weight, cylinder capacity, or a combination of these factors.
