Earlier this week, Governor Phil Scott of Vermont took delivery of a new Ford F-150 Lightning that will be part of the his fleet of vehicles that ensure secure transportation. In a comment, the Governor stated that the truck and EVs generally are a crucial part of the State’s plan to limit greenhouse gas emissions.

California has led the nation in limiting the use of ICE vehicles, even going as far as banning the sale of new gas-powered vehicles past 2035. Six states, including New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Oregon, Washington state, and Massachusetts, are expected to follow California’s lead and implement these regulations as well.
