I also believe that you should keep your speed low – under 30 or 25 mph – when driving through residential areas. Furthermore, I believe context matters when it comes to speed – 80 in a 65 on a limited-access interstate is not the same as 40 in a 25 zone on street full of suburban homes, even if both are 15 mph over the limit.
