Thursday was PHEV 136 Day, 11 February 2009, with the Run to Phoenix. For Phoenix, it was 58.1MPG for 457 Miles. and stories plus pixs are being waited upon.

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle All Around America (PHEV3A) tour with "EVJerry" Asher driving started last year on Earth Day, in front of the Nation’s Capitol. The plug-in hybrid vehicle the “Spirit of DC" was designed to run on electricity alone for about 10 miles before reverting back to acting like an ordinary hybrid.
