President Obama, DOT Secretary Foxx announce $600M for 6th round of TIGER funding for transportation projects

As outlined by the President, the proposal relies upon tax reform for about half of its funding—i.e., closing some tax loopholes and changing how businesses are taxed, resulting in about $150 billion. 4 billion to attract private investment in transportation infrastructure.
