Electreon, a provider of wireless and in-road electric vehicle (EV) charging technology, signed an agreement of cooperation with Israel public transportation company Electra Afikim. Better Place unveiled its first EV it will sell in the Israel market, the Renault Fluence ZE. The service packages include installation and maintenance of a home recharging station, free access to Better Place’s battery replacement stations and road-side service. Supporting the operation of 500 electric taxis through financial incentives.
